<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Waltham Forest libraries are fully equiped with various room and halls of all sizes to choose from and hire out for an event.</span></strong></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">The rooms include a large hall available at Walthamstow Library with a maximum capacity of 100 people at one given time and a maximum of 80 people in our smaller sized hall available at Leytonstone Library. We Also have small to medium sized meeting rooms which range from 8 to 26 people in capacity.</span></p>

Lancashire 1895: Walter has no close family left until a distant cousin and her friend seek refuge with him. He has also asked the son who emigrated to America if one of his grandsons would return and become heir to his farm. However, when the young man turns up, all is not as it seems. Improvements to their small lake and valley were started to celebrate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee of 1887 but outbreaks of Russian flu prevented this. If they can be ready for her Diamond Jubilee in 1897, there will be benefits and employment for the struggling locals. Can he and his new family help this to happen or will certain selfish people block their efforts?
